What is the correct height to install this dispenser for wheelchair users?

The bottom of the dispenser should be between 100cm to 110cm from the ground floor. Also the dispenser requires 11cm of space "above" the sink to allow the dispenser front cover to open fully for re-filling. Please see downloads TAB for more information.
