Perfect 50 Instant Under Sink Water Heater
Supplied with 3 hoses with the option of standard or push-fit flexible hoses.
Perfect 50 instant water heater is for use under sinks rated @ 5kW. The P50 is the smallest instant water heater on the UK market, therefore ideal for limited space installations. The P50 instant water heater is an award winning heater manufactured in Europe to the highest standards. 'Non vented' means they do not require any special taps, or expansion kits, ideal for use with standard pressure taps with spray nozzle.
If spray nozzles are not fitted this kit is supplied with the spray adaptor that fits any standard tap. The P50 is CE approved, uses simple electronics to control the flow and temperature making them extremely safe, reliable and very energy efficient, the power is only used when the tap is in use. The P50 will achieve temperatures of 62C at a maximum flow rates of 1.5ltrs / min (calculated on water inlet temperatures of 15C minimum.

Can this water heater be fitted with a 13A plug?
No this water heater requires a minimum of "20A" power supply with a minimum of 230 Volts (20A FSP required)
Can this water heater be used with standard taps and mixer taps?
Yes it can be used with "standard taps" and "mixer taps" as long as the taps have spray nozzles fitted. The accessories we supply include the spray nozzle and will fit all standard size taps. Please check your tap nozzle type before you purchase this water heater. Please note without a nozzle fitted on your tap the water flow rate will be no more than a trickle.
What temperature and flow rates can i expect from this water heater?
This water heater will achieve water temperatures of 62C at maximum Flow rate of 1.5 ltr/min and 46C at 2.0ltrs/min.(calculated on a water inlet temperature of 15C)
Do you need any special fittings with this water heater?
We supply the flexi hose fittings, you will have the option for push-fit or standard 1/2" BSP fittings. This instant water heater is "unvented" meaning it can be connected directly to cold water mains therefore no other special accessories are required.
I have high fluctuating water pressures will this effect the performance of the water heater?
This water heater is ideal for controlling fluctuating water pressure from 2 - 6 Bar
I would like to supply the water heater from a tank in my loft space will this still work?
This water heater needs a minimum "water pressure" of 1 Bar this is equivalent to 14 PSI. Always make sure the water supply is sufficient enough or the performance of this water heater may be effected. For gravity fed water supplies the tank must be at-least 5m higher than the water heater itself.
Can this water heater be used to feed more than one sink?
This water heater is to be used for one outlet only a sink or hand wash basin. Always install the water heater as close to the outlet as possible. Long pipe runs will effect the performance of the heater!
Can this unit be fitted upside down above the sink?
No this water heater only works with the water outlet facing upwards, this is because the flow switches would prevent the water heater from working.
I have hard water supply will this water heater cope?
Suitable for hard water areas, this water heater is fitted with in-line filter that should be cleaned regular if you are in a hard water area.
What power and voltage does this water heater require?
This water heater needs a minimum power of 20A / 230V, if powered any less than this then the performance of the water heater "will be" effected.
What is the warranty of this water heater?
The warranty is 2 years, if it fails within this period from date of purchase we will replace with new once we have received the water heater if it is found to be faulty a replacement will be delivered next working day
Can i return if the water heater is unsuitable?
Yes as long as the water heater is unused and in the original box. Return to: Unit 2, North Point Business Park, Off Selby Road, Eggborough, North Yorkshire, DN14 0JT, with a reference to your order number. Email sales@prestigewashrooms.co.uk or call 01977 809500 to advise us that you are returning. Once we have the water heater back, it will be checked and if unused a full refund will be given excluding any delivery costs we have incurred
