Dolphin Friction Hinged Grab Rail 800mm in Brushed Stainless Steel. 

The Dolphin quality heavy duty, stainless steel hinged support drop-down rail can be located on the open side or on both sides of the WC. This support rail projects from the wall by 800mm in use and 165mm when not in use.
