Prestige Wasrhooms Delivery Policy & Rates 

All our deliveries have a standard charge of £7.99 ex VAT, across Mainland UK addresses. Where stated, certain products may have FREE delivery, (mainland UK only). Please check the description of the item to find this information.

Please see below our Delivery charges to certain areas. (please note all non-UK delivery prices are subject to weight of item and size of package).

• Delivery Times

Please note orders will be processed when ordered before 2pm, or in some circumstances before 4pm.

For example, if you were to order after 4pm on Monday - Thursday, on an item which states Next Working Day Delivery, this would not be delivered the Next Working Day.

Please note any orders placed on a Friday, on a Next Working Day will be delivered the following Monday. We do not class a Saturday as a working day delivery unless requested, please see our Saturday delivery policy below.

If you require delivery on a certain day then please contact us via email or telephone above and we will do our best to deliver on that day, please also contact us if you need something urgently and we will try our very best to get your products delivered asap.

If your order weighs more than 10kg, you will be charged for the total cost of delivery. We will contact you prior to completing your order to advise you of the total cost of delivery.

 

Prestige do not make any money on deliveries. Certain products such as radiators and Baby Changing Units, because of the weight, may incur additional charges, again we will inform you prior to dispatch if there are any additional charges to pay.

  

Saturday Deliveries 

We can arrange for a Saturday delivery for certain products but there will be an additional charge, we can also arrange timed deliveries, pre 10.30am, pre 12.00pm or afternoon deliveries - again there will be an additional charge made by the courier, please enquire upon ordering. *any Next Working Day orders placed on a Friday after 4pm will not be delivered on Saturday unless requested*

 

Although we will do our best to deliver your product in the time stated, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays. Please do not book a plumber, electrician etc. until you have received the goods as we will not be held responsible for their time. Please read our terms and conditions for further details.
